Ford F1 V8 flathead engine

I think I have a Ford flathead, 239CUI, V8 from 1951. The only marking I could see is 8BA.
Could someone tell me some dimensions of the cylinder bore and piston?
I need the original dimension and the maximum dimension I could bore, because the cylinder are damaged in a few places.
I heard I can bore in dimension that I got about 300CUI in the end?
Furthermore I´d like to know, where I could buy the bigger pistons?!
Please excuse my bad language, because I´m a german guy

Hope, someone can help me?!

Hi Stegro

Yes that is a 8BA Flathead
Lots of good information here:

Flathead Specifications: 1949-53 V8
Techno Source for the 1932 thru 1953 Flathead Ford

I get my flathead parts from
Free Shipping @ Speedway Motors, The Racing and Rodding Specialists
https://www.rockauto.com/

I am sure others will add a few more
