'61 wiper motor and switch musings
Hi guys
I'm posting this here as this forum gets more traffic than the uni forum does and the trucks are similar.
I have a problem that I can fix and a question involving the problem that I am curious about.
During our rains here in LALA my '61 2 speed wipers took a dump. The motor is good so I'm figuring the switch. I have purchased a new two speed nos switch to replace the one I have but I am curious about making the wipers intermittent. I have done this on my '74 and it is just an easy plug and play swap. However the '61s motor is a three wire motor not four so it may be more difficult if not impossible.
Does anyone have info on this? I have a '70s style intermittent switch/loom and box that Ive been playing with and can't get to work yet.
Thanks
