I been looking for a remote starter for my 2012 6.2 super duty, called one place told me 250 to 300 are they nutz . Look online then bought a
Fortin evo all on eBay for 110 bucks, pre programmed , it come yesterday . I installed it in 20 minutes start to finish, uses factor 80bit key. I still can't
Get over the price they wanted for a 20 minute job, 2 plugs on the steering column and 2 wires on the diagnostic port , yes you need 2 factory keys but they take about a minute to program .

I absolutely love the remote start on my pickup.. I live on the west coast.. I prefer a warm pickup when I get into it.. It was really hand when it was snowing outside.. walk down the stairs in the morning and remote start the pickup, and then let it idle for 10 - 15 minutes, walk out and brush some snow off and drive away in a warm pickup..
