Awesome work as usual Brian. So I hear you are going to get slammed again. My family is in the South Shore and they are looking at 18"+ this time to go with last weeks 60+ winds!

Looks like I will get a little time tomorrow as the next noreaster coming in and work decided to be closed, and by the way my 2nd cab corners arrived. Big difference in the quality. I will post up some photo's later.
Hopefully you guys don't get too much white crap! Be safe out there!

Thanks fe390pc. I think they over publicized this storm, I'm sure Boston got a little more. We were in the 12"- 18" range. Wind didn't seem to bad. The real problem is the ground isn't frozen and plowing up the lawn sucks..

Thanks Pat, I am ready for spring myself, but Mother Nature seems to have other plans for us.

Well I was able to get some good stuff done yesterday. I got the outer section of the rear cab support replaced. Then moved on to the inner cab corner.
I cut out the old, OSPHOed the sections where I wouldn't need to weld. Used weld-thru primer on the parts that will see weld. Finished trimming the patch panel, then screwed it into place and went to town with the welder.
I think I've broken 3 small flat-head screwdriver aligning panels so far. Not to mention how many spot weld cutter blades I've killed.

New panel all fitted and looking good.

I am ether getting better at welding or better at grinding. It didn't take much cleanup to get it this far.

I started the inner cab corner. I thing it will work out nice. Here is the first couple cuts and folds.

Take a few extra pics, and measurements. Might be good for some of the guys here, if they need to do the same!

If and when this works out you might do a separate thread on it Brian. Future Kingdom folk and g00glers could find it easier.
