What should I tow/not tow?

I would like to tow a camping trailer behind my 1993 f-150 5.0/E4OD. Not up mountains, or anything. It has the 2" receiver hitch. I wanted to pick the brains of you experts. I have heard that the tranny is pretty decent, even stock. I have heard that the motor/trans combo will be able to pull a 30' trailer with slideouts with no problem, if I have a weight-distributing hitch. I wanted to get your take on it. Is there a factory tow weight chart for this? And what should I avoid?
