That would be the standard 3.92 gearing.

Again, depending what tires you have, it is nearly ideal for speeds up to about 50. The truck will have plenty of pep. Above that and the engine will be spinning unnecessarily high, but it won't kill it. The gas you'd save by switching to lower gears will not be enough to pay for the gear swap or axle swap for many years.
