Factory 5th Wheel Rails
Sorry, but couldn't find anything doing a search. How can I tell if my truck had factory rails for the hitch? What to look for? VIN?

Factory rails would have holes for the hitch, with plugs in them, in the floor of the box,

you will have the 5 holes in thee floor of the truck bed as shown the photo above.
