Help heater blower motor difference

I am starting to get parts together for my cab swap. I ordered a heater motor and wheel for my 73 f350. Without ac. And got them and they My original motor
Original cage
Part number for new motor
New motor
Back of new motor
are way different mostly the motor than mine. I got on rockauto and verified and they are showing what Napa delivered. Where did I got wrong in ordering? Here are pics

That still looks correct from the pictures. You will have to put that big sheetmetal flange onto your new motor. It mounts via those two studs on the new motor. It almost looks like your original motor has the flange riveted or spot welded to the case. If that is true you will need to drill the rivets-welds and drill holes to fit the studs on the new motor.

After that, mount the sheet metal and slap the fan cage on. it should have a small set screw if its not plastic

well I took your advice. I went out and drilled the rivets. The body of the motor us part of the mounting flange. Thanks for the tip. I'm going too Napa after work and try to get the correct motor

I figured out myself heater motor difference. The one pictured above must be a weird odd ball or one someone in the past found and put in. My step son had his heater box out I took his motor out and it matches the one I bought. So hopefully the one in my truck will be the same. So I was stressing over nothing
