"In Transit" Warning.. I'm whining

My truck was just updated to "In Transit" and my ETA changed even further back. What are most people experiencing for in transit times? If I go by the ETA I'll have the truck in 10 days. That seems like a pretty long time to deliver a truck roughly 300 miles. Hell, I could walk to Kentucky in that amount of time.

Same here, mine looks like it has been sitting at the rail yard for 10 or so days and it is about 100 miles away. I am really curious what causes them to sit for so long.

In my case, I live out of the way. The transport companies prefer to take full loads to high volume dealers in L.A. rather than taking the one truck on the opposite direction. I had to threaten the dealer (with hard evidence, sent them pictures of same color, very similar options) that I found my exact truck at another dealer. Gave them 2 days. Surprised when the truck was delivered the next day

Supposedly my truck is to be on a carrier, so 10 days seems crazy to go from Kentucky to Southwest PA. At least we should all be seeing them soon.

That makes absolutely no sense to me, but I'm assuming that's the boat I'm in as well. What day was your truck shipped?

They never did say exactly what day it left but did say it was in the rail yard 8 days before it got to the dealer.
