She is cheating the transportation system by not paying her share into the transportation fund. It's not like that Prius isn't doing the same amount of damage to the roads as other vehicles. Instead those cars cause fuel taxes to increase and that puts the screws to people who can't afford those overpriced over complicated boxes. Should be a separate tax on vehicles that are rated over a certain mpg or mileage tax
