Morning Neil, Ken! Roy, I'm with you, I don't work outside when it's cold! Speaking of cold, the furnace for this room kicked on a bit ago. Normally, just the heat pump runs in here, but, since it's pretty cold out, the resistance elements kicked on, and did the whole burning the dust off thing, and set off the smoke alarms, and 30 operators, and the fire marshal, and anyone else that was bored showed up down here!

I hear that the Union got them 1 hr Nap time a day and 1.5 hrs movie time a day.
