It appears to be a Standard Cab - as opposed to a Custom Cab - which is not at all uncommon for the 1966 F100 4x4 SWB trucks.
Wheels and tires have obviously been changed out and look nice from here. Tires might be suspect depending on age.
I see some issues in the passengers fender and back behind the rear tire. Overall the externals that I can see don't look too bad. The smaller radius fenders are easier to come by used and are also reproduced.
Has been repainted I suspect. If you do sell don't let it go for scrap prices, obviously.
They made 4,493 1966 F100 4x4 in both long and shortbed. No breakdown how many were shortbed, but obviously less.

As a reference point, there was a '66 F100 SWB factory 4x4, Custom Cab, V8 for sale here in PA last year for 7800. Was a Nevada truck, no rust except the front floor area of the bed, all original except the engine, 302 replacing the 352. Truck had been repainted many years ago but was still the two tone Turquoise and White. Running and driving but needed to be gone over. Was for sale for months, recently saw it listed again at 8000.

F11 = F100 4WD
Y = 352 2V
K = Kansas City MO Assembly Plant.
796231 = 1966, assembled December 1965.
115" Wheelbase.
G = Chrome Yellow.
F110 = F100 4WD .. 5,600 lbs. GVWR
481: 4 = Medium Beige Crush Vinyl & Medium Beige Wicker Pattern Vinyl / 81 = 81A Standard Cab.
A = New Process 435 4 Speed Manual Transmission.
08 = Ford 9" Rear Axle / 3.50-1 / 3,300 lbs. Rear Axle Capacity.
5,600 lbs. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating.
172 net HP @ 4,000 RPM
510811:
51 = Denver CO Ford District Sales Office, where the original selling dealer ordered the truck from.
0811 = Domestic Special Order number, truck special ordered by ythe original purchaser, "not bought off the lot."
The P/S has been swapped in, but from what will require some research to see what it came from.
1973 was the first year that 4WD's were available with optional P/S and it was Garrision Power Assist P/S for 1973/75 F100 4WD & 1975 F150 4WD
1976/79 F100/150 4WD's were available with optional Ford/Saginaw integral P/S
The "pencil neck" Ford/Thompson P/S pump was used on misc 1967/77 FoMoCo vehicles. 1978 and later used a different P/S pump.
The 4 spoke 18" black steering wheel would only be correct if this F100 4WD came with 17.5" wheels.
With 15" & 16" wheels, it would have come w/a 3 spoke 17" wheel, probably beige in color to match the vinyl seat upholstery.
At minimum, the seat upholstery is wrong, probably the entire seat was swapped. It's from a 1967 or later truck that was probably a Custom Cab or Ranger.
Standard Cabs came with a painted steel grille, the anodized aluminum grille was only installed in Custom Cabs/Rangers.
The carpeting is not original, was only available in Rangers. The sill plates are Custom Cab/Ranger only.
The dry (paper filter) air cleaner is from an auto parts store, originally all 1965/66's came with an oil bath air cleaner.
