Hold in clutch, temps drop fast, lights get brighter. no clutch- overheat fast?

Nice! Glad to hear it. That's gotta feel good.

The pressure hoses are something you can order. They're hoses for a power steering pump for an E-series van from your era. However, I don't know how different the 78/79 era setup is from the 80+. I know I only needed to replace one hose (the high pressure line I believe).

As for the bracket, that's not something you can buy new, which is why you have to go junk yard diving for it. It's not a "wear out" part, so nobody makes it.

Thanks man. I'll go post on that thread. I wonder if that bracket could be made out of cast aluminum and be just fine. I do casting, so if I had the perfect bracket as a mold, I could cast them.
Or brass.. or copper.
