Lost power to fuel pumps in 1990 f150

I can ground the fuel relay to the battery and put a jumper wire in the tank selector switch plug and either tank will work how do I fix this right

You may have lost ground on the RH radiator support (body ground G102) and have a bad selector switch.
You may also may have a bad EEC Computer and a bad selector switch.
