Snow in North Dakota

We got pounded again, but it sure looks like fun. Anyone other northerners get any? We are stranded at my folks farm till they open the highways. Took a few pics. Gunna take the 350 out for a rip after lunch.

80 degrees would feel pretty good right now. The SE part of the state got lots of rain and freezing rain causing power outages from broken poles and lines. I'm a lineman so I was getting nervous the ice was gunna make it up my way. Thank god we only got snow. Went out for a drive today and could only see about 100 yards, winds were blowing about 40.

My '78 is buried in the back yard. Took three hours to clear the driveway, yesterday. Both snow blowers broke down. Go figure.

I can feel you ND guy's pain.......I spent 3 years up there and Eastern MT hauling water in the oil field...........that 30-50 below zero stuff is not fun.....especially trying to keep water trucks running and living in a camper....then there's the snow.......... I miss the work and the $$$$.......but not that weather.......It makes you EARN that $$$$......LOL

I cut an access panel in the belly pan to easily reach my Ronin Factory EZ drain plug. Oil changes will be easier and cleaner. an aluminum frame held in place by 10 stainess screws, fender washers and nylock nuts. The cover is aluminum and uses the same hardware. Two nuts are all that you need to remove t change oil. No other tools needed.

hanges will be easier and cleaner

My Snow Blower is always hard to start and run, no matter what I do. I put a couple Tablespoons of SeaFoam in the gas tank, full choke, hit the primer about four time and start it. When it tries to die, I hit the primer till it will run on the choke. Ease the the Auger and wheels on. I slowly back off the choke. Also the Spark plugs don’t last very long. I think it’s because the Porcelain gets wet then cools, pulling the moisture in.
