I can't believe I'm saying this, but im getting tired of my straight pipe

Howdy y'all, I bought my stainless steel 3 inch down pipe to a 4 inch straight pipe by diamond eye performance. I thought, who needs mufflers? Well I learned when I started plowing it might be a wise idea to get one. The problem I'm having is I cant find a muffler that is 36 inches long to fill the muffler delete pipe and 4 inches in diameter. Anyone here have a similar problem and found a solution?

I wasn't thinking, I thought the diamond eye muffler is too short for the muffler delete pipe?

A 30" muffler will be about 36". They measure the muffler itself not from inlet to outlet

You could put an electric cutout on it. That way you can have straight pipe fun when you want it, and quiet when you don't.

I've used an aero turbine muffler on two of my trucks. Doesn't quiet it down a huge amount removed the drone and most of the whistle. 26 inch overall length. Doesn't affect fuel economy or ebp that I saw

You could call them and find out. I think it would be silly for them to sell different sized mufflers and corresponding delete pipes

The two kits I received had a length of pipe to cut to length based on the length of the chassis. Even on my crew cab long bed truck I had to cut like 10 inches out of the straight section. I don't think they offer exact replacement pipes to keep their kits universal. I would think he's gonna have to cut a muffler in and clamp it. Both ends of mufflers are usually flared and he would have a flare end from the dp where it wouldn't connect anyway that's how my two kits form them were anyway

Call diamond eye. I'm sure they have one that'll fit. Don't make it more complicated then it is.
