2009 F150 factory tweeter help
I just bought some factory A-pillars with the Sony tweeters in them for my 09' F150 FX4. I have the Kicker system in it and it sounds amazing, but some tweeters would get some of the highs that are missing...I think. Lol. Does my truck have the plugs already under the dash?? I am so confused...I did do a search and read so much crap about this topic, but really found no clear cut answers. If I need any factory harnesses to just plug and play that would be cool. Part numbers would help. Or can I just tie into the door speaker wires??
I also wonder if these factory Sony tweeters are worth a damn, or what are some better options that will fit behind the factory A pillar pieces? My buddies truck has a factory Sony system, and it is nowhere close to the Kicker system I have. So thats why I wonder about the Sony tweeters. Thanks for your help guys.

My 2013 has the factory tweeters in the pillars. These to me sound like they're wired right to the front door speakers. I'm hoping to upgrade soon if Santa brings me the speakers that I've given "Her" the part numbers to.
The speakers I'm wanting to upgrade to (also Kickers) are component speakers. So from the speakers in the front door, to the crossover, then from the crossover, to the tweeter.
If I've been reading it right, this crossover will have the tweeters only playing the highs.
