Rear AC/heat air flow Vacuum door

2011 E350 15 passenger converted to work truck , Shelves all along walls, no seats ... 5.4L V8

The vacuum door that switches airflow from the floor to the roof vents does not function.....

here are some details.. and questions ?

ford dealer just replaced transmission ( don't know if this is coincidental)
I have shelving in rear that makes it a real PIA to get to blower housing ..
Where is the actuator vacuum hose routed ? inside vehicle or under- neath?.. Is there an area near the transmission where the vacuum hose could be pinched. ? Front heat /AC works as it should.

Are you stuck on ac, and only get air from the ceiling vents ? The vac hose runs down the drivers side wall on the inside. Look at the b pillar just behind the drivers seat you may have to pull the panel off below where your drivers shoulder belt is bolted to.

Opposite, thanks

Thanks for the location of the vacuum hose.. does it come straight out of dash board selector switch ?? How does it connect ?? This is a passenger van converted to a work truck .. so i have cabinates and shelving that i need to remove to get at it .. so i am trying to get a ""road map"" of what i can't see, and test in the easiest location .... i am only getting air from the floor and nothing from the roof vents when set to AC,,, the heat works fine and the front all works as it should ... thanks again u have helped quite a bit already !! i could find no information at all anywhere ,
