Please help white smoke or steam

Not sure if this is even the right place to post. I have a 2008 e350 van with the 6.0 liter diesel. Its blowing white smoke or steam constantly. cold or at operating temp. Revving the engine produces more then when i'm idle but it is still constant at idle. Losing coolant as well. engine is running great, no loss of power and starts no problems. (I haven't drove it a lot since it started smoking) No check engine light or other dash lights. cant tell if the exhaust smells sweet or like diesel, just smells like exhaust to me lol. Sounds like the egr cooler and oil cooler to me but wanted some other opinions. This is my first diesel and have not had it that long so still somewhat a newbie. Thanks for any help.

Egr cooler or head gaskets most likely

That is a good place to start. Do you live in a state that would allow a delete? (if the cooler ends up being the culprit)
