2007 XLT S-Crew OEM Wheel Fitment

I currently have the OEM 17" wheel's and would like to replace them with a set of 18" OEM Alloy wheel from a 2016 F150 King Ranch. Can anyone tell me if this is possible?

FYI, I purchased this wheel tire combo which was a direct fit. No-problemo.
