Mine on the 17 doesn't work at all, on my 15 it was accurate as far as I could tell. If the CTS2 reads the PIDS directly then I don't understand how it could not be accurate
No new updates are available for my 17 via the software updater. I called Edge and was on hold so gave up and send an email. I will bet that they don't respond. When I had the old Insight CTS2 I had several questions that I emailed tech support about and they never responded to them either

I contacted Edge about the CTS/CTS2 and is it compatible with the 2017. This was their reply. So, you all need to be patient and soon it will work.

They just emailed me and told me that it would work now! I will try it today and report back
We do have an update available and I have targeted your device to it. All you need to do is update it one more time with the Fusion software and you will be good to go.

I have been meaning to check to see if there any way to change the color but never think about it when i get to destination or home. Their manual leaves some to be desired.
