2001 F250, turbo question

Bought my brothers 01. His neighbor had given him a Turbo that he was going to put on his 02 but never did. The sticker on the box says:
Ford Motor Company
F81Z-6K682-BARM. Its never been opened.
Whats the difference between this and the stock turbo?
I found it on East coast diesel for 1100.00

Just from a quick google search of the part number, it looks to be a replacement 7.3 stock turbo for the 01-03 model years.

Okay, talked to my brother. I was wrong. Neighbor had the complete Banks kit put on his truck, tuner, exhaust, cold air and turbo. The new turbo had a bad bearing. They put the stock turbo back on and got him a new turbo. He picked up the new turbo but never took the truck back to have it installed. How do I tell what I have?
This is what I can find on it:
Housing: GARRETT
Actuator: BIG HEAD BANKS
BANKS 24319
1220, small tear after the zero
33340 38PSI
24392
BANKS
BIG HEAD ACTUATOR
The turbo has BANKS cast into it

It's Banks new(then) paperweight turbo model. Was never intended for actual use. Bad news, I know but I'll but it from you .
if anything brutha, call Banks to sort it out, buy b I'm thinking its a sick compressor size (.84) with a larger exhaust side housing (1.0-1.15)

Timmy, its pretty heavy for shipping 25-30#'s guessing. It would cost to much to ship. I think I'm gonna use it to hold the lid on the feed barrel. Keep the dogs from flipping the lid off.
