I am working on mounting a 20"L X 8 1/2"W X 9 1/2"H toolbox under the hood on the drivers side iner fender. should be done monday i'll try to get pics.

 

MORE weight under the hood - we need weight above the rear tires and less weight under the hood. I wish you'd design a box I can mount in back somewhere - like the old "toolbox in the side" F-100's....

 

the local yard has two trucks with those boxes but their fork lifts messed them up. they won't open I might get one anyway

I see you're right NEXT to me, in South Carolina; I'd be interested (REALLY interested) in what you find.....I'm in Rome, Georgia.

 

two yards around here that I have been to that have 73-79 trucks one has about 25 trucks that are pretty well striped but the other one has about 12 that are pretty much complete, this place is not well known and is kind of in the sticks. I want that '77 F350 Crewcab w/ welders bed so bad.
