Look'n to change fog lamps to amber/yellow when/if we ever get our '17 SD f250 XLT. I have yet to look on line to find an amber/yellow bulb but I know from past experience that access to some bulbs on a vehicle is not the easiest. Has anyone tried to access the fog lamp bulbs?

I would not bother with trying to get amber lights, just more output. The amber benefit is highly debatable.

The Morimoto lights look interesting but I see opportunity to blind other drivers unknowingly (or not) since the fogs are connected to the low beams (by default). This change makes them a driving light rather than a fog light. And I have met those azzes on the highway a few times.

 

The lights are settable so someone with a bit of sense can set them not to blind other drivers.

 

I like the 39" curved light bar that another member has on his front bumper. Throw it on an upfitter switch and have the best of both worlds.
