About the tune, did you go with a 0 hp tune or a low hp tow tune?

‘14 w/315k on the clock
Inches from buying a commercial rig ‘14 with 315kmi for $16k from a ****ty shotty used dealer in portland, OR.
needs:
new track bar, rear diff fluid change, radio, vac pump seal, park brake needs adjusted, there’s oil in the valley and it popped a p0401 upon returning from pre-purchase inspection from a local powerstroke specialist.
I can do the above for cost of parts, call it $3500 (including turbo), maybe 5500 if i delete egr and get a tune, but I’m wondering if i ought to swap the HPFP with a new one while i’ve got the sleeves up, or if you high mileage boys just straight up don’t worry bout it? Heard of the disaster proofing kits, but just tryin to get it on the road and not be under the hood each week.
other stuff:
few service records (9 total) but shes been well maintained, 7500 running hours and 1500 idle hours makes it an average 35mph, rest of suspension looks good, brakes at about 60%, have yet to hook up a trailer to go off road. Minimal rust, i’m 50/50 on the deal, i mean i’d sure love to get rid of this **** minivan i been drivin, but don’t want to be broke and out a vehicle either. Hard to look past the price though, ****!!
