2004 Ford f150 - AC leaking?

Hello! I just bought a 2004 Ford f150 4x4, 5.4 v8. Whenever I have the AC on, after a minute I'll look under the truck and there will be a big puddle of what seams to be water. It is leaking from a spot I feel it shouldn't be coming from... When I look under the truck, there is like this silverish/foil insulation that's ripped open b/c of the water, and its leaking from there. Its more on the passenger side of the truck I think, sort of under where the passenger sits. in that area.. I'd love to fix this, I don't want it to turn into something worse later on. It seams pretty harmless but still, I'm bored and would have fun fixing it anyways. Thanks for your help!

Under truck on passenger side just behind and inside of front tire? That's probably normal condensation dripping down.

It's normal as the previous poster indicated. It's coming out of the condensate drain nipple or hose that is at the bottom of the A/C plenum.

Every vehicle with an air conditioner does the same thing. It's most noticeable and most pronounced when the ambient humidity is high.
