That's alright Keith! Family first!

I came to that conclusion too after discussions above and figured out that 0004 is TPMS disabled and 0104 is TPMS enabled. Switched last night, drove home, drove to work today and still no light back on so I'd say with fair certainty that is a confirmed setting.

Jet,
Thanks for testing.
Just went through my notes, and yes, I had them backwards on the sheet (now corrected). I was just recently diagnosed with, O.L.D. Still working through it

Glad it is working. Now to see if I can add it to mine.

Keith

Haha I certainly know what you mean...feel like I'm falling apart these days.

Don't see why you couldn't add it though as long as you have the hardware to back it up. Positive observation though, my remote start still functions as normal.

Speaking of remote start, have we nailed down the code to modify the duration of run time on RS? I have the dumb screen in the gauge cluster so I can't access it there and I never did see the option in IDS to change it..

Jet,

Try these settings for remote start. They change the time on my duration setting display. I did not remote start at each and time.

BdyCM
726-49-02 xxxx xxxx 0181 is 5 min
726-49-02 xxxx xxxx 0282 is 10 min
726-49-02 xxxx xxxx 0383 is 15 min

xxxx means leave whatever is there as is

Keith,
After verified, please add to your spreadsheet.

Bob

Woondering what 0484 and 0585 are for remote start.

I suffer from CRS too. And I forget what that stands for.

They don't work. I tried.

Thanks Bob,
That actually make sense, I had taken the settings from an XLT that had the temp screen and NO remote start. So I went out to my truck and played with some settings...

720-01-02 xxCB
Remote start menu setting back and no temp in display. (my original settings).
EDIT: my truck is equipped with Remote Start and Trailer Brake Controller from the factory.

720-01-02 xxE9
Just as you state, with temp in display, remote start works, but remote start menu system disappears.

720-01-02 xxEB
Remote start menu setting back and now temp back in display.

This appears to be the setting for Temperature Display in Productivity Screen. This also retains the remote start menus

720-01-02 xxCx Temperature Display, Productivity Screen (Disable) / Remote start menu (Enabled)
720-01-02 xxEx Temperature Display, Productivity Screen (Enable) / Remote start menu (Enabled)

Bob, could you verify these setting and make sure I didn't miss anything?!

Thanks
Mike

Just a side note on Bambi mode & DLR Fog lights, the Fog lights have to be ON with the dash light switch for this to work.

Re-read my post and it doesn't sound right. What I'm trying to say is that it would be a shame for all this work to get lost in the shuffle 6 months from now. Once the bugs are worked out, a sticky in the tech folder would be great.

With all the work that you and Keith (and everyone else helping) are putting into this, instructions and the mods need to go in the tech folder so it is easily found.

Having them incorporated into Forscan will be great but not everything in Forscan works with model changes so the tech folder would be the most reliable place for the info.

Jet,

Try this setting and let me know if it turns on your Remote Start Menu.

720-01-02 xxxB xxxx xxxx Remote Start Menu (Enable)

As Bob stated, "xxxx means leave whatever is there as is".

EDIT: Had incorrect setting, replaced with correct setting to test.
