Well, its been a little while since I've updated this thread with many pictures of the pickup. These first pictures are what the pickup looks like with 2500 lbs in the box. It was well beyond a leveling kit!
Now, a little project i did one my tailgate. As many of you know, the tailgates are made poorly in aspects on this generation of F-150. The cover over the tailgate latch was getting bent on ruby, and really catch boxes. So i took it off, sanded it down, and painted with spray an Bedliner. After I reattached it, I put self tapping sheet metal screws along the bottom lip. Overall project cost: ~$20. I am pretty impressed with how it looks, far from new, but gives it a really nice break from the red.
Here are a couple trailers I've been towing.
I cant wait to get the new headlights installed. I will probably put pictures on my instagram @project.red.thang first before here, thanks for looking!

The mirrors would probably plug in fine, but the turn signals wouldn't work. Quite simply, your truck isn't wired for them. However if you're doing that kind of heavy towing on a consistent basis as what you show in the pictures, they would be a huge benefit to you, lighted or not. The power glass would still work, just not the lights. The XL trucks aren't wired for the lighted mirrors because they were never available with that option. Ford reserves that for XLT and up.
Nice pictures too by the way! Nothing like a hard-workin' truck!

I have a buddy with a 11th gen who has towing mirrors, but he wants to go back to regular mirrors, any reason why we couldn't swap our mirrors, would they bolt to each other's pickups oK? Hthanks, ill share headlight pics soon.

Nice toolbox! At 191k have you started doing any of the 200k mile service items yet? Trans fluid, plugs/coils, etc.. it's all coming back around again. My mechanic has told me that trans fluid must be serviced at the dealer with these trucks as most independent shops, such as where I take mine, just don't have the equipment needed to service Ford's newer automatics.
Congrats on closing in on 200k though! You might have about the highest mileage among us.
