Morning folks and happy hump day. Cold and soggy day here at the moment but when I look up toward the high windows in my office, looks like the sky might try and clear.

Staying up on the paperwork is really important for sure when buying a house. That's my life on the daily, so it made it easy when I bought my house.

 

Good morning PA, Hump Day is upon us! Just cold here, around 15 at the moment. Stupid cold weather......

 

When i met my wife, her idea of paperwork organization was to put it all in a big drawer with no filing. So atleast she kept the paperworks!

I bought a filing cabinet and filed it all nicely and was able to produce the information on demand along with sign into all of our accounts so we have quick access to statements and can watch our investment closer then just quarterly.

The desk top might get a little clutter cause I tell her to just through the mail on the desk and I don't get to it after a week or so, but the filing cabinet is nice and organized!

 

Morning Bill, Cody. Buying a house is such a PITA. Are you going to have to move that giant playhouse you built, Cody??

 

Huh, yea about that.... It's getting moved.

Luckily the new house is only 1.5 miles away.

The plan is when I get my camaro up here I'll also have my car trailer come up here too. The trailer has a winch so it will be easier to pull it on the trailer. Since I don't have to sale my current home I can leave the playhouse where it is until I get the trailer up here.

 

That's nice you don't have to worry about getting it gone right away. I'm sure that'll be a blast to move!!LOL

Sun is peeking out here after getting about an inch or so of wet sloppy snow last night. The roads were wet coming in and the temps are in the upper 30's. Lake effect snow will be starting to crank up later today/tomorrow and will be going until Saturday sometime. At home, it looks like I could see 6-8"... but other areas near me could see 12-18".

Yep, I've been thinking about how I'm going to move it, need some eye bolts, chain, lumber, and a few people around to enjoy the ride! Wonder if anyone wants to sit in a rocking chair on the porch while going down the road?
