Was an easy closing, just all the disclosures by the bank to the kids takes time. It is nice to have it all done. One less thing I have to worry about. Of course I still fully expect the call in the middle of the night Dad, the furnace just quit - what do we do????
As long as that call isn't from their lawyer...you're good.
Their lawyer is a good friend from church. Nice guy so not too worried about him calling. And yes, dads still get the what do we do now calls but that's the fun of family. Lucky we can be close enough to actually help out when needed.

So how is it going in woodchuck land today? Been dreary looking with some off and on sprinkles/drizzle here. Temps are in the 40's and co workers that have been out are saying that it is getting colder.
