Airflow question

I have been reading alot about airflow sensors and throttle body spacers, which are supposed to increase airflow, resulting in better fuel economy and so on. I was wondering if anybody here has installed any of these into their vehicle and if they were happy with the results?

Airflow question

My friend has a 2000 f-150 with a 5.4 liter engines and he has the spacer and the sensor and he not only gets the horsepower but he also gets a little better gas mileage.

Airflow question

I heard spacers cause an annoying howling sound.
