WhyFord is starting off with a positive reputation.
I took out and checked PCV grommet and elbow, they are both OK. But the two hoses are as hard as rock. So I replaced them together with a new PCV.

I vacuum checked brake booster and it holds very well and the hose is OK too.

I cleaned up the throttle body before and didn't find anything unusual.

I did find a coolant leak on the small hose goes into the throttle body. I think it's used to warm up cold air before it goes into the engine. I replaced it with a new hose.

After all these, the engine still runs rough!

I will replace distributor cap/rotor, flush fuel injectors with OTC Pro Inject-R Kleen next and report back. In the meantime, if you have other suggestions, please let me know.
