might have found a 352 and looking for options

Whoever you buy the crank from should be able to tell you if that stroker set up will clear the 4" bore. You will probably be changing rods too, as the 352/360 rod is a little longer than the other FE rods. Many times stock rods go out the window with those stroker setups anyway.
As for a Chevy piston:
10.17 - 2.125 - 6.49 = 1.55, close to the Chev 350 1.568.
.018 out of the hole might work. Given a .039 gasket, it would depend on valve timing and maybe a little work on piston tops to make sure.
Pin on the Chev is different, but you can find bushings to make it fit.
Are you looking for a big, slow torque motor or are you looking for a real fire breather?

That would be an interesting motor. Going back to the Chev piston--that would probably result in stratospheric compression. You might find a dished version of that piston. After all, GM installed those motors in medium duty trucks so they had to reduce compression somehow.
Otherwise, it's custom piston time. Which might not be a bad thing as you could get a forged piston or at least hypers.
I would reckon you will be talking to a cam maker to tailor a cam to that combo.
Depends on your budget. You could cross bolt it, add the high rev valve train improvements, and have a 6000 rpm power band.
