2001 8ft bed with a lear fiberglass camper shell on it. over the years the camper has spread out so far that the back window of the camper can not be locked.
put a square at the bottom on each side and was out square. measured top and bottom, top was 1/2 wider than the bottom.anyone have fix for that???

 

Remove the camper shell. Put some ratchet straps around it pull it back to where it's suppose to be and then reinstall your camper shell. I put a small bead of black silicone caulk to make sure it won't leak.

 

remove the camper shell put ratchet straps to pull the bed back together and get some brackets like these the bigger one and use either self tapping sheet metal screws of rivets i used rivets on my bed and place them in the corners at the back of the bed at the top. that will help hold the bed together. but if your bed is as rusted as mine then the camper shell will only make things worse over time as of the weight pushing down on the bed the metal is bending in the easiest way which is outwards away from the weight
