When shopping the U-pull-it yard I have to know is there a difference in rear axle ratio's between a truck with automatic transmission or the manual transmission. They have a same year truck but with a manual transmission and mine is automatic would the ratios be the same? My axle code is H9 and the tag says 3L55 so I'm thinking mine is a 3:55 limited slipp. bl2009

 

your right about the 3.55 LS rear end tag........ There is no guarantee that a specific truck will have the same rear end.. there were "OPTIONS"....... check their tag also... and look at the door sticker.
