In a tight spot, need a shop recommendation
On travel for Thanksgiving, broke down 6 hours from home with my wife and infant along and now I have sudden high pressure oil problems.
I'm currently in Norman Oklahoma, at Norman Ford and they are afraid of this thing. I was able to talk then in to doing the IPR but they won't go any further than that because it would require touching an aftermarket part. So if it's not the valve I have to find help somewhere else.
I found Jake's Custom Diesel not too far away. https://www.facebook.com/jakescustomdiesel/
Obviously I know nothing about anybody out this way. If anybody knows the area I could really use a referral!
Symptom is shut down to get fuel at the pump, then it struggled to start. Finally started and I see 22% IPR with IP in the 800's which afaik is perfectly healthy. So I figure low oil level shut it down to check, not low at all. Try to crank again and ICP is literally 2psi, IPR 85%. Bull****! so I unplug the ICP, still no start. Okay maybe not bull****. Chill for 2 minutes try again and now I have 350psi. Call the dealer get an appt call the tow in. 10 minutes to sort that out. Try again and I have 450-460-480-she starts. 800 something ICP 22% IPR. Wtf? Drive it to the dealer 5 miles away no problem. Now it won't start again in their hands, idk the pressure.
No lack of power coming here, ran fine. Dealer thinks hpo leak but the numbers tell me no hpo leak, the IPR % is dead on and that wasn't long enough for the oil to cool. I'm thinking sticky or obstructed IPR. This is a 2004.25 engine.
Anyway I'm in a tough spot, any help greatly appreciated.

2005 excursion with a 2004 engine. Made it to KC. Don't know if it will start tomorrow but ran without issue for the 5 hours it took to get here from the dealer.
Here's some pics of the numbers while idle and running down the highway. Looks normal to me? I'd expect a hpo leak to show elevated IPR duty cycle right?

KC with 6.0 problems huh?......for the troubles your having you're a lucky guy....run6.0run is the best, if I was as lucky as you and found myself on his doorstep with my truck I'd now have a bulletproof 6.0. I'm in Maine, nobody here even knows how to change the oil in a 6.0, good luck to ya...and happy Thanksgiving.

If I'm down and you're able to help out would be much appreciated and also great to support a member and be able to take it to someone with solid reputation.
