Need wheel well trim. Recommendations......

I like the wheel well trim on this attached truck. I have a factory sealed set of ford mudflaps that are designed only for trucks that came with this factory trim.

Is there a place I get get this aftermarket that I can paint?

My wheel wells are starting to blister, but they are not rusted yet.

If they are starting to blister, they are already rusted-starts in the pinch weld between the wheel house and the box side.

Instead of spending good money for something to cover it up-for a while-take it to a body shop and have steel welded in for a permanent repair.

Although you are correct, this is not an option. I have fluid filmed (2 gallons worth) inside the affected areas to slow / prevent further erosion, but unfortunately I did not aquire the truck in a clean enough condition to start with, nor is it a long term keeper either.

Any ideas on the trim?

Those are considered factory flares, not trim. They would not be a direct fitment because your truck does not have all the mounting holes on the wheel wells. They are held on by several push pins around the outside surface. The aftermarket oem style, such as these: https://www.amazon.com/Ford-F-150-Fe...150+oem+flares are identical except they use 3m tape around the top edge. I had a set on my '05 and the molded mud flaps matched up perfectly. My '07 has factory flares and the same flaps fit the same...

I think that is what I am looking for. Will give them a try. I have the mudflaps already.
