Have you seen this truck lately or know anything about it. It is a 53 F250 Marmon-Herrington flatbed. I found it on this auction site.1953 Ford F-250 Pick Up Truck For Sale azcarsandtrucks.com

It is an old auction. It says it is in Virginia. I was just wondering if it sold and who bought it and what it went for. It is a nice truck.

I first saw it a few years ago when it came up for sale. If I remember right it was on CL and a dealer site too. I never saw it during its restoration phase, and never archived it. I didn't really try to track it down because it's a late year 1953 M254 having different axles and six lug hubs than my trucks. It's probably the nicest and, by appearances, most original restoration I've seen of a 3/4 ton M-H. The $39,900 asking price is pretty much in line with the eBay auction max bids for Rod's yellow and Glenmist Green '52s. And knowing what it costs to really restore any car or truck the price wasn't out of line. Stu
