PCV Valve Questions?

PCV Valve Questions?
Hey everyone, I have an '85 F-150 with the inline 6 engine. I've noticed quite a bit of oil leaking and I also discovered lots of moisture in the oil. A friend suggested that I replace the PCV valve. I'm a bit confused as to where it should be located. In the picture I have what I think is the PCV valve, but someone else has said that is the crankshaft breather? Also the replacement PCV valve is at a 90 degree angle and has two ports, whereas this is straight and only has one? Any help would be appreciated!

Some of these valves have a plastic connector with one or two ports, it can be pulled off if not required.

Is it me or did the picture not show up?
Some of the PCV have 2 nipples (out of the gutter guys!) but only 1 is open to hook to the carb.
The 2nd one can be opened (drilled out as it is only plastic) and is part of the emission system from what I have seen posted.
Check the sticker on the radiator support as it has the hose routing and would show if the 2nd fitting is used or not.
