Please help need to run before snow hits

One of my friends gave me a 93 Ford F250 with the 5/8 motor and the distributor need to be timed butt I'm not getting fuel pressure got fuel pump replaced fuel pump today and still no pressure I have spark will fire off of ether and he said that there is a fusible link that probably burned up that controls the fuel pumps I checked with my test light digital one I have 12 + volts at the fuel pump relay I was wondering if anybody knew where that fusible link would be and what color it is

If you have 12V at the fuel pump relay, supply AND load side when the key is cycled from Off to Run (relay is energized for only 1-2 seconds) your issue is further down stream. Check the inertia switch behind the passenger side kick panel. It may be tripped.
