This is a video from two years ago and taken while holding the phone in the wrong position.
Does anybody else have road worthy trucks?

50 MPH- running flat out there, or do you have a livable rear gear in yours?

Tacomacream, yeah it blinks for my signals but is solid for my brights. The truck is getting rebuilt from the frame up right now, so it will have a few other bells and whistles when it's done. Nothing toooooo modern though.

Does your truck still have the hole for the high beam indicator? Or the indicator?

Not that I can see. I have to get a better picture in the next couple of days. This is a zoomed in screen shot of the already poor picture I took.

Also, I'm not thread jacking! I need some insight on whether to box in my frame or not. I have it posted in my '47 frame off' thread. Anything that could help would be great.

Proceed!

Here is some info from the '48 through '56 Forum, the '48-'52 F-1 frame is pretty much the same as the '42-'47 frame.

Not only do I NOT have a 2-piece hood, I don't even have a 1-piece hood (just a grille) :

That's ok, you qualify. When you look out the right side of the windshield you are looking over the engine cover in the cab.

I was in the garage today removing all the interior so I thought I would snap a couple pics through the split window.
