The spreadsheet has two items related to speedometer calibration (rows 15 and 91). Both indicate a Check Engine Light (CEL) when setting for 37" tires. Is this a one time light that can be easily cleared or will the light stay until you put the setting back to something else? I have 37's and would like to set the speedo accordingly but not if I will continually get a CEL. Appreciate any input

I believe this is what livinitup indicated to me had been tried previously, i would like to figure out how.

The 285/75r18 code does not give a cel, thats about as big as you can go without one

the code for 37's is dead on with my 37x12.50r20 toyo r/ts. It sets the engine light in the lower left of the dash, it doesn't do a warning message, chime or flash, just stays steady on kind of like the exhaust brake light. I thought it would bother me but it doesn't. and checking codes with my ez lynk nothing comes up in pcm so i assume youve got to have a real scanner to read it in the abs module or whatever. Worth it to me until someone figures out how to make the change across all the cm's

Thanks, I will give it a shot, but I think I remember looking for HSWM before and couldn't find it.

Will do! Hopefully I get time this weekend. Anybody want to borrow a few kids for a few weeks. Between running them everywhere and taking care of this new puppy, I've got no time for myself!

Is it possible to program where we can have the bed lights on while driving? I think now they turn off above 5mph or so.

I'll have to do the math to see how much closer the speedo gets if set to the max 285/75/18 vs stock setting and then how that compares to my 37/13.5/22. Sounds like it would at least improve. I hate having dash lights on if I can avoid it.

Hmm, looks like Super Duty is different than F150 and if the truck has active steering then there's no HSWM but it uses SECM instead. I'll see if I can find something for values in SECM

Edit: just checked my other software program and I don't see any vehicle in there with an SECM module so I can't help with any values.

Again, thanks for your help! I'll try to get some time to do some digging this weekend and see what I can find...

mine was off about 3.75 mph at 70 with the 285-75 code and 37's 5.5%

As soon as two of them go over 1000 degrees, I pull over and shut the truck down. I turn it back on, and it shows 0 miles since last regen and it's no longer in regen mode. When it gets to a real regen (100%) soot, I make sure to let it run it's course to 0%. Works like a charm.
Why? What advantage is this?

Save fuel. Save wear and tear on the DPF and other equipment. No fuel in oil dilution.

Basically everything that is bad about the DPF can be avoided.
