Is There an Equivalent Tool for a Cadillac Escalade?

New to the forum and hopefully this isn't off-topic. I have a 2018 F-250 and I love the idea of using ForScan tool to manipulate the features and accessories on it (purchasing the interface now). My wife's vehicle is a 2017 Cadillac Escalade. Does anyone know if there is an method of modifying the codes on them, similar to ForScan for the Fords? Thanks.

Don’t know but I am sure if you could find a forum like this for GM/Cadillac they would be able to tell you.

Can someone explain Police Mode? I don't find it on the spreadsheet as an option. Is it available on a 2018 F-350 SD?

Never mind, a simple search found the answer.

Thanks for the reply Karl, but line 12 on my spreadsheet, which I'm told is the latest for my 2018 (2017 F-350) is speedometer recalibration for different size tires.

We must be on a different playing field, lol.

Line 12 on the spreadsheet linked on the first page of this thread, the only 2017+ SD spreadsheet I know about, is secure idle (police mode.)

Anyone having trouble with bambi mode on 2019 F250 Lariat? I have halogen lights. My factory setting is the same as the “new” setting on the spreadsheet.

I am having issues with the OEMhalogen to OEM led conversion process using an aftermarket harness from black flame customs. I have a 2019 f350 and after using the conversion harness I am getting flickering in the headlights. For High beams I get 3 of the 4 lights on, and they pulsate constantly. I did the oem halogen to led conversion but even though my truck originally had halogen headlights when I changed to OEM h
led headlights, I noticed in FORScan that the as built FORScan code was already set to the
LED. Set to The oem halogen code (which it wasn’t in original as built) everything seems to work well but I still get the pulsating up from.... anyone have any recommendations for me?

thanks

i just did the swap last weekend. Get rid of the harness and add the 2 pins to the bcm. It worked flawless the first time. Search “how to” halogen conversion. There’s a great right up with step by step instructions. Everything works as factory.

Whenever my lights turn on the fog lights do to when selected. Was this not happening with the older trucks as I noticed there is an Forscan to keep the fogs on when the lights are turned on?

I believe it’s a “remember last setting” hex code. If you turn them off before you turn off the truck they should not come on next time.

Its been a while while since I was in the spreadsheet but there may also be other settings for the fogs.

The other setting for Fogs is bambi mode.
