The factory setting for the fogs w/ high beam was 0001 0001 0057 (as opposed to 0056) on my truck.

My Platinum was 0001 0001 0057 too.

This information is very helpful. So glad to not have this truck honk at me every time I leave the key in it with it running. Stupid things like that get me.

Rutcutter has a good reputation on FTE.Rutcutter has a good reputation on FTE.
Now if we can figure out how to have the display show the Oil an Engine temp above the gauges like the F150's can would be awesome.
I tried several times to get it to work with several different codes but was unable to.

I'm looking forward to playing with FORScan more. The F150 spreadsheet likely has a bunch of common applications in it. Just a matter of time and we'll have a decent list of available tweaks.

What was the $80 Bluetooth module that's needed and a good place to buy it? Also are we still limited to the 3 changes? Not that I'm complaining as the horn thing right there is worth it for me with my train air horn hooked up lol

Full Forscan is Windows only. The Forscan app for iOS can't make any changes. Only monitor. You can install windows in Bootcamp on a Mac, borrow a laptop, or get a cheap windows based tablet.

There are a few other articles on the net about it but here's straight from Apple.

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201468

I used my Windows 7 disc from a previous laptop. Once it's setup you can select Bootcamp as your start up disc in System Preferences and restart your Macbook. It will start just like a Windows computer. When your done with Windows, there is a little bootcamp icon down in the task manager next to the clock in the lower right hand corner. Click it and it will prompt you to be able to restart again and go back to Mac OS. It sounds tricky but it's actually very easy once you've done it once or twice. I don't use it much. Only for Forscan and there is a similar program that is Windows only to make changes to my wife's BMW SUV. Other than that, I'm Apple only like you...

I just updated the first post to include instructions for downloading, installing and activating FORScan. There is also a link to the preferred OBDII connector.
