Yeah, I think that is what you would call them. One each for the heater and wipers to reduce from 12 to 6 volts.

Yeah, another family thing! My Grandma (the one pictured by the truck) was a rural mail carrier for many years and had Grandpa put that ooga horn on her mail car. So it's a great old mechanical one. Anyway, when she retired in the late 80s she gave it to me and wanted me to put it in the pickup. It's been there ever since and works perfect.
