Incorrect. There are duty fees that must be paid if a vehicle is assembled outside North America, but that's it. Ford Motor doesn't allow dealerships to sell new vehicles because as exchange rates change, it puts different dealerships at a disadvantage depending on which country they're in. They'll sell you a used truck no problem.
