Hi, i am new here, and just got this about two weeks ago. It has a 360 dodge and a 727 trans with revers shift valve body and a narrowed ford 9" rear. I been reading a lot on here and i am sure i am going to have some questions. Here is a pic of it, i am starting to strip the paint and i will post more pic,s as time goes on.

Nice truck. Welcome to the club.

The 1961-1964 Econolines has weaker frames than the 1965-1967 ones. Look for any signs of stress cracks at the motor and transmission mounts.

sorry I couldn't answer sooner had a long weekend. I definitely check that out, I know there is a lot of welding and plating throughout the frame, the motor mounts and Trans mounts are not origional someone fabricated them they look heavy duty. but I will check how they mounted them to the frame. thanks for the heads up. Dean.
