I believe it's sent via email. So if your email provider, or spam/junk/bulk folder receives it, that could be why.

I had to pay $2.96 postage due, to get my swag from the post office. I have my package and receipt.
I mean it's only $2.96 but what's the deal with that?
The 3 year membership is $60 not $62.96
I should not have had to pay that.

Oh boy...that's a whole different issue! 2 day delivery takes 4 days...how is that ok? I'm pretty patient but the question is out there!

2 day taking 4 is how the PO runs these days, don't blame the site. i personally had a 2nd day item take a month to go from Boston to new jersey
