Hi all! Im usually really good with electrical but my friend is having a heck of a time getting this fixed. His radio, cig lighter, hvac, starting and possibly other stuff has gone out. He had one of the "mechanics" wire a bypass push button which ive done too... but you gotta see this monstrosity wired with 2ga jumper cable wire to trip the solenoid.. funny stuff.

Anyway ive narrowed it down to a pcm input or output (pcm internal) issue or a wiring harness continuity issue from a connector or broken wire. I think.

But i dont have access to the manuals and resources of my old shop and ive spent hours researching online but everyone wants to sell you pdf links and it all looks shady. Found some things for items close but they seem different between vans and trucks in this department.

Any help from someone with dealer or service manual access? Everyone here today is closed (state law)

Oh and 2005 e350 fleet model manual doors and windows, 5.4 5HA66978 last 8 of the vin if that helps...
