Could loose ICP cause massive oil leak?
I recently developed an oil leak that would literally pour quarts of oil over the course of 10 miles. The valley was full of oil and I thought it might be the high pressure oil pump but when I went to warm it up today I noticed there was oil seeping from around the ICP. I had replaced it a few months ago and don't drive the truck very frequently. Could it be that I didn't tighten the ICP enough and it would cause a substantial oil leak?

Yes, if the o-ring is missing or damaged on the ICP sensor, it will bring about a substantial leak. Easy enough to check though.
The HPO system is always running at a high pressure, so even the smallest of leaks in the system will let out a lot of oil relatively quickly.
